Szikra attended the Euro Dog Show in Budapest, October 2008 where he was placed 2nd in his class, He was also placed 2nd in his class at the Magyar Vizsla Klub Speciality Championship Show.

Szikra has been preliminarly hip scored with a score of HD-0 (HD-A) Excellent 

UK BVA hip score 6/4=10 Excellent

Eye tested clear September 2009

Szikra arrived in the UK on 14th January 2009.
